Customer Service Policy

Our customer service policy does not end when a customer makes a purchase! Our consistent Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), order-related production and good logistics allow us to support our customers quickly and flexibly.

 

On request, we can provide on-site services to customers .

 

This includes, for example, application customising, staff training and carrying out installation work.

 

We also provide a repair and spare parts service.
